The US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton has concluded her stay in Australia by strengthening military ties between the two countries. It’s expected that the US will have increased use of our military bases and ports, and will store more defense hardware on our shores. But while the Australian Government applauds the warm relationship- pointing to a networked response to things like cybercrime, there are some who say the steps actually take us further away from peace and security.
