Wednesday the 10th of March marked the 51st anniversary of since the Dalai Lama fled Tibet and he continues to anger the Chinese Communist Party over comments he made in his address on Wednesday and other comments made about possible changes to the manner of choosing his successor. Ruth Chalker asked Sonam Dugpo from the Tibet Information office in Australia.
