Australian Aid to East Timor is being swallowed up by consultants, study missions, reports and recommendations, according to East Timor’s President Jose Ramos Horta. Mr Horta has urged the Australian Government to review their policy on aid to East Timor; he even claims that poverty levels in Timor are on the rise despite billions in aid.
