The WA police force will begin wearing body cameras from 2019, in another positive step forward by WA Police Commissioner Chris Dawson.
Following numerous Indigenous deaths in custody, police body cameras will aim to provide more accountability for police officers while providing better evidence for violent situations attended by police.
