Today marked a national day of action to protest the Government’s proposal to introduce Voluntary Student Unionism. But one radio station that can’t cover the protest is Tune FM in Armidale. The Student Association at the University of New England, which funds the station, has banned the station from reporting on issues relating to VSU. The Wire spoke with Tune FM’s station manager Ed Campbell.
