After nearly a week and a half of vote counting, a Government has finally been formed.
The Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Opposition leader Bill Shorten have signalled their support for an electronic voting system. Both hoping to expedite the counting process in order to avoid another situation like the one they found themselves in last week.
So what does the future hold for the voting process in Australia?
