Veterinarians and health professionals have rallied in Canberra this morning to urge the government to withdraw support for a massive gas field.

The gas field is located in the Northern Territory’s Beetaloo Basin.

There has been concerns for fossil fuel dependence in that region which is predicted to lead to extreme weather events and impact on wildlife.
