Indigenous Community volunteers or ICV opened its fourth office in Brisbane today. The organisation is a quiet achiever with a raft of success stories of volunteers sharing their skills with Aboriginal communities – at the request of the communities. Company owner and former economist Norman Huon worked to help one community set up a business plan to get a station working, and found his work helped the social and cultural aims of the community as well.
