Uni cuts leave community station facing an uncertain future

Australia’s longest-running community station Radio Adelaide may be cut adrift from the University of Adelaide which started it and has supported it for 43 years. This week the university presented five options for the station’s future, three of which could spell the end of the station. The station will run an energetic campaign to convince the uni and the community of the need to save the station which occupies an iconic place within Adelaide and within the sector.
