Temper tantrums, endless complaining, pulling down biscuit displays – for some parents, grocery shopping with young children can be a nightmare, but New Zealand company Cabco claims to have solved this problem forever. They’ve developed shopping trolleys with built-in television screens, so kids can watch their favourite shows while parents grab the essentials. Supermarket chains across America such as Wal-Mart have had huge success with the invention, for the price of around A$1.30 per ride. The company has plans to export to Australia, but are children now spending their whole lives in front of a screen?
