If you try hard enough, you can build a garden literally anywhere. But what about on top of a building? Researchers have been looking at what plants grow on rocky outcrops and seeing if they survive equally well on tops of Australian buildings. It’s all part of Australia’s attempt to catch up on a world-wide trend to make prettier, more functional cities.
