Stigma and discrimination can have a huge effect on people living with HIV and AIDS and can even stop them from getting tested. HIV and AIDS organisations around the world are crying out for transmissions to reach zero which can only be achieved by stopping new transmissions and eradicating stigma. Today is World Aids Day which raises awareness about the issues surrounding the HIV and AIDS virus and how we can meet the zero transmission target.
