Despite months of protests and campaigns to Let Them Stay, Immigration Minister Peter Dutton has confirmed the 90 asylum seeker children and their families in Australia will be sent back to Nauru. This comes just a day after Mr Dutton announced he had released all asylum seeker children detained in onshore camps to community detention. But in fact, there are still children living in parts of onshore detention centres that have been reclassified as “community detention”.
