London is still in chaos after the bombs that ripped through the Underground system yesterday, leaving at last count 52 dead and hundreds injured. The attack came at a time when British emergency services were stretched from Scotland down to London…with protests all week at the G8 summit in Edinburgh and joyous street celebrations in London when the news came that the city would host the next Olympics. Terrorism expert Dr John Bruni said the timing would have been very deliberate and that Britain was as well prepared as it could have been for an attack.
