Today is two years since the Baghdad Hotel in Iraq was targeted by US fire, killing two journalists. Sixty five journalists have now died in Iraq and fifteen of those at the hands of the US military. Christopher Warren of the International Federation of Journalists says the IFJ is calling for an independent inquiry into those deaths.
