A new kind of food fight is happening. Genetically modified organisms are hotly debated, but they could be the solution to world hunger. Dr. Sanjaya Rajaram was honoured with the Noble Peace Prize in Food Security last year for his research into wheat production which aimed at providing more nutritious food around the globe and alleviating world hunger. He was the keynote speaker at the International Wheat Conference held in Sydney, where we got talking.
