Palestinian supporters claim they are being silenced by the media after major outlets declined to publish a protest letter. The statement signed by 800 prominent Australians including academics, authors, artists and indigenous elders was protesting at the Australian government’s  implicit support of Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to annex the Palestinian West Bank.
