The Human’s Battery Cage is an artistic protest demanding rights for chickens to not be caged for the production of eggs or poultry, and there’s no better way to make an animal rights statement by volunteering to be in the chickens position by being cooped up in a cage all day. The national tour which has been running since February and will finish in September has finally made its way to Adelaide, and we sent Kathryn along to find out what this movement hopes to accomplish.
