Yesterday, the government announced their thirteen billion dollar plan for Better Water Management. Headlining the package was the three point one billion dollar buyback of water licenses over the next ten years. But South Australian Democrats MP Sandra Kanck says the ten year time frame is too little too late to save the Murray, and is calling for the Rudd Government to buy back all licenses immediately.
