Dual nationals who engage in acts of terrorism could now be stripped of their Australian Citizenship, following yesterday’s announcement from Prime Minister Tony Abbott. While the Labor party has said they would be open to sensible changes that would improve the system, the announcement has been met with opposition from others. If their citizenship is revoked, could it leave these people stateless?
