Tensions in Tasmania over Indigenous constitutional recognition

Tensions between Indigenous representative bodies in Tasmania have placed a cloud over conversations surrounding Indigenous recognition in the constitution.  Major bodies Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre (TAC) and the Tasmanian Regional Aboriginal Community Alliance (TRACA) both want a place at the table, but neither wish to meet each other half way.

The Wire’s Leah Blankendaal spoke to members from both organisations to find out what this means for Indigenous representation in the constitution.
