The Political Reform Bill goes to Hong Kong’s Legislative Council today for its third and final reading and a vote is expected by the end of this week. The Bill has drawn criticism from pro-democracy groups who say that it does not offer real democracy. Whatever the result of the vote, there are real challenges for Hong Kong’s political future and its relationship with China.
