The issue of the Government’s anticipated IR reforms have received a lot of attention in recent weeks. The ACTU and the Government have both been vocal about this issue. The ACTU has painted a rather negative picture of business owners and managers in their television advertisements, but many think this is an unfair represenation. Contrary to what the ACTU’s ads have reported, many employers do seem genuinely concerned about their employees and their families, while many also are not aware of how the changes will affect them.
