Sea Shepherd Australia to step up it’s operations

Earlier this week Sea Shepherd US settled out of court with Japanese government whaling authorities after the Japanese took advantage of Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation in the US. The settlement effectively bans the US arm of the conservation organisation from conducting activities that intervene with Japanese Antarctic whaling.

Sea Shepherd’s Managing Director Jeff Hanson discusses how the lawsuit and settlement decision might impact the activities of the Australian arm of the organisation.
