Report raises concern of Indigenous road safety

A report revealing statistics of rural car accidents across Australia has raised concerns about the number of Indigenous Australians being involved in car related injuries. Fatal injury rates were found to be the highest in young adults between the ages of fifteen and twenty four, but the rates were surprisingly higher for Indigenous Australians than for non-Indigenous Australians with the majority between the ages of thirty and fifty years old.
