Reconciliation week is well underway, with a record number of events planned across the country. This week will mark important anniversaries of both the Mabo Decision, and the 1967 referendum which altered the constitution to give Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples the right to vote. Reconciliation groups want communities to consider indigenous recognition and what it means to different people.
