In over 50 cities across the globe today, car parks have been hijacked by everyday citizens. The aim is to subvert public spaces that are reserved for cars and turn them into fun spaces for the public. Brisbane is one of the cities participating and Gemma went down to check out some of the artwork instead of car park.
