Baqir is a young Afghan refugee who arrived in Australia four years ago speaking no Enlgish. He’s now made it through year 12 and this week with a group of young Afghan friends, all refugees, began what is South Australia’s first Afghan radio program and probably Australia’s first youth Afghan program.
