A new Preamble has been added to the Queensland Constitution, recognising Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander peoples as the first Australians. A celebration was held at Parliament House to coincide with the new Queensland Constitution. Siobhan Hegarty spoke to Aboriginal Elder Uncle Norm about what he thought of the preamble.
