Queensland Government opens its ears to Indigenous health

The Queensland Health Minister has announced a new plan aimed at tackling ear disease in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. Australia has one of the highest rates of middle ear disease in the world for its First Nations people. The new framework will build upon the existing Deadly Ears program to increase awareness of ear disease across health and education sectors.
