Protests mark the 5th anniversary of the invasion of Iraq

One million Iraqi civilians have died since the American led invasion in 2003. That’s according to a poll conducted by the London based company “Opinion Research Business”. This week-end protestors gathered in cities around the world to mark the fifth anniversary of the war and call for an end to the bloodshed. In Sydney, the “Stop the War Coalition” held a rally at Belmore Park near Central station.
