A concerning development in NSW jails has raised questions about how much access our prisoners have to much needed education tools. Up to 100 prisoners at Goulbourn Corrective Centre have signed a petition stating that a new directive, issued by the NSW Minister for Justice, John Hatzistergos, is directly limiting their chances at rehabilitation. Charles Gregory reports.
