How many languages can you speak?

This year is the year of Indigenous Languages, and in the Himalayas, there are over 300 defined languages that have been discovered, and there is a lot of work to do to understand, classify and preserve them.

The University of Sydney is running an annual conference to interrogate the extraordinary number of Himalayan languages which involves academics from around the world as well as Indigenous speakers.
