Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the US Congress today, in response to Barack Obama’s recent call for a revival of the Israel/Palestine peace process. In his speech, Netanyahu declared that Israel would be generous in negotiations with Palestine, and claimed to accept the need for an established Palestinian State. The rhetoric suggests that Israel is ready to talk peace – but is it all just talk?
