Palm Island trial to bring justice

The indigenous community of Palm island is seeking justice through a class action against the Queensland government. The plaintiffs have just finished giving evidence in the trial, which they hope will demonstrate police discrimination. UNderpinning the case is a conflict of interest into investigating the death of Cameron Doomadgee while he was in police custody in 2004.
