Oxfam demands Kevin Rudd focus on food prices at G8

Oxfam has called for Kevin Rudd to apply a “blow torch” to food prices at the G8 summit in Hokkaido (HOCK- EYED- OH), Japan. The Prime Minister is at the summit as an observer- and will be attending a working lunch tomorrow to discuss climate change, fuel prices and food security. Oxfam say that in some developing countries, people are spending up to 80% of their income on food.
