Both Indigenous Australians and Muslims are fearful that the new anti- terror laws will target their communities unfairly. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are concerned that the Governments legislation will criminalise the political activities of their valued organisations. Activists also warn that any form of resistance against the State could be deemed as terrorism, under the expansion of the definitions of Sedition and Terrorist organisations.
