Inspire Foundation, an Australian not-for-profit organisation, has won an international award for its online game, Reach Out Central, which helps young people overcome mental health issues. Aimed in particular at the growing number of young men using online gaming, Reach Out Central helps gamers to use decision-making skills and coping techniques to help them combat problems such as depression and anxiety.
