US satellite images today are reported to show yet more evidence that North Korea is preparing for a nuclear weapons test. Dr John Bruni says the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty is unlikely to work as long as countries like Iran and North Korea remain diplomatically isolated. He says the black market in nuclear weapons is thriving and there to serve such countries.
