Northern Territory teachers have staged the final day in a fortnight of rolling stoppages today, protesting what they describe as deteriorating working conditions. The Australian Education Union’s Alan Perrin says teachers fear that thousands of students are not gaining adequate English skills for a mainstream secondary schooling.
