NSW election review: what ultra-conservatives parties will mean for NSW

Despite not all the votes being counted in the NSW state election, the Labor Party has conceded their greatest defeat in over 100 years. But although the Coalition has won more than half the seats in the upper house, it is not enough to pass legislation through in its own right. For that, it will need the support of the ultra-conservative Christian Democrats and Shooters and Fishers Party, who are likely to hold the balance of power. And in the lower house, predictions the Greens would easily succeed in gaining two inner city seats were soon to be proved wrong.
