North Korea is moving away from nuclear development and towards economic development.
In a ceremony to be held in late May, North Korea will be dismantling the Punggye-ri nuclear test site.
The display will occur just days before the North Korean leader Kim Jung-Un is set to meet with US president Donald Trump at a landmark summit in Singapore.
The economic sanctions placed on North Korea are set to be lifted if all is successful.
