Yesterday, New South Wales Treasurer Dominic Perrottet announced the state will launch a pilot program to bring international students back to Australia.

The plan has been approved by NSW Health, and it’s awaiting approval from the Commonwealth government.

If approved, it will start allowing 250 international students every fortnight to New South Wales from this month. The Council of International Students Australia hopes the rest of the states and territories follow suit and implement their programs.
