Freedom of Press in Tonga took a blow last week with the introduction of new media laws. Kate Hairsine spoke to Kalafi Moala, Editor of Taimi o’Tonga (Tongan Times), New Zealand Managment at the Friendly Island Bookshop, Tonga (didn’t want to be named) and Pesi Fonu’a, Editor and publisher at Vava’u, a publishing house in Tonga.
