Netanyahu replaced as Israeli PM

The coalition that has replaced him consists of 8 discrete parties, and includes the United Arab List, a small party with Islamic roots.
Does this change represent a new opportunity for the resolution of Arab/Israeli tensions? How will Israel’s international status be effected?
