The national disability insurance scheme is behind schedule and understaffed according a review by the Productivity Commission.

Even as the agency behind the rollout approves hundreds of plans a week, the Commission says it will take another year beyond its 2020 launch date to implement at the current rate.

But that’s not all that’s concerning the Commission and disability support organisations.
