In the wake of the devastating 7.7-magnitude earthquake that struck Myanmar over 2000 people have already been confirmed dead, with the death toll expected to exceed 10,000

Thousands of lives have been affected, and the crisis is growing as communities search for missing loved ones.

We spoke with Susanne Legena, CEO of Plan International Australia, to understand how the organisation is responding to this humanitarian crisis and the specific needs of the most vulnerable communities.
