A couple of weeks ago that climate environmental groups the Australian Conservation Foundation and the Australian Climate Justice program had asked the ACCC to investigate such mixed messages. ACF climate campaigner Phil Freeman says the appeal is going well and the ACF is ignoring rumours of defamation action from the companies involved.
