Many young men are struggling with their mental health, which is worsened by the expectation they must put on a brave face and be strong.
This can lead to substance abuse, or even suicide, as men struggle to deal with their personal issues.
Headspace is tackling this issue by encouraging men to speak with their male relatives during their “Fathers Campaign”.
