In Ghana in West Africa thousands of young women live as slaves to local priests, as part of a cultural tradition that still exists in spite of international agreements about human rights and the rights of children. A group called International Needs has had some success in liberating thousands of the girls though thousands more remain. Mercy Senahare is one of the lucky ones and she’s travelling the world telling her story.
